Returns and Warranty
All returns must be unused, in its original shipping package and must include all hardware, accessories and installation instructions that came with the part(s), to be considered for a refund. Authorization for return must be requested and the return initiated (in mail) within 30 days of delivery date. Freight and shipping charges are not refundable to and from shipping locations. The customer will arrange for the return of all items; we recommend using a service that includes a tracking number. Electrical and Performance parts and components are not returnable unless defective, and items that were opened, installed or used are not returnable. Glass products (ie Windshield, Sun Roof etc) are non returnable. Special orders, export parts and vintage parts are sold no return and no cancellation. Customers outside the continental US are responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return. We request that the customer email or call for return authorization prior to returning any item, as parts returned without customer service approval are subject to a restocking fee or may not be issued a refund at all. Deposits are not returnable without our authorization, and are at our discretion. Returns and cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee which range from 15% and higher.
We do not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. We are not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects. Returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility and either we or the manufacturer may replace, repair or refund the product based on the findings.
"Core" returns are to be sent back to JRU as we process the core return through Chrysler. In the event that Chrysler (in their sole discretion) deems the core unacceptable and denies the credit or issues a partial credit, the customer core refund will be adjusted in accordance to the Chrysler review. In no circumstance will the customer core refund be greater than the core refund received from Chrysler. As we may direct the return to a different address to expedite processing, we ask that the customer contact us prior to shipping it back.

Mopar parts and accessories are sold subject to the manufacturer warranty. In general, if the part was installed on the vehicle by an authorized dealer/technician it may be covered by a 12 month/12,000 mile Basic Limited Warranty. It may not have been subject to misuse, neglect or improper installation. Documentation may be required to substantiate a warranty claim. You may obtain replacement parts or service under warranty from any authorized Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge or Jeep dealer. If we process the warranty return, customer will arrange for the return to us, and is responsible for the shipping costs for the replacement item. Warranty returns require an authorization.
