They get plugged right in under your dash so when the door
is open the light on the floor illuminates, and when your
door closes it automatically shuts off. Courtesy lights fit
Grand Cherokee 99 & up, and all Wrangler 98 & up
TJ. The plug should be on your dash in the
corner underneath.
